This highland cow paper plate holder is handmade, hand painted and decoupaged. It is made from pine wood, painted using sheepskin chalk paint, and the highland cow is applied using the decoupage technique. Varnish is then applied to the front of the plate holder. It will hold the large paper plates. This adorable paper plate holder would be the perfect gift for highland cow lovers.
